RightDrive Inc. Limited Warranty PolicyAll parts covered by Manufacturer warranty are the responsibility of the Manufacturer, and not of RightDrive Inc. The purchaser must contact the Manufacturer directly for warranty claim procedures. RightDrive Inc. cannot assist nor make warranty claims on behalf of the purchaser. RightDrive Inc. is not responsible for any costs related to part defect or failure, including shop installation time, shipping and duty, tools and materials used during installation. Always follow the Manufacturer’s instructions for part installation and have the work completed by a licensed installation technician.
For all RightDrive Inc. in-house or exclusive brand parts, the warranty period is 30 days from your date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will replace or refund, at our option, any new part that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after installation by a licensed mechanic. Call us at 1-877-398-8220 for return authorization and instructions. You must be the original purchaser of the part and still own the vehicle on which it was installed. This warranty is not transferrable. Replacement parts are warranted for 30 days from the date of exchange or the remainder of the warranty period on the original part, whichever is longer. In the event of a defect/refund, the purchase reversal will occur within 30 days of conformation of the defective part being received, tested and confirmed defective. In any case of warranty claim, RightDrive Inc. requires the malfunctioning part to be diagnosed by a licensed mechanic, and a diagnostic report be submitted to RightDrive Inc. for review. All diagnostic fee and charges related to diagnosing the issue is solely at the cost of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. Any defective parts returned to RightDrive Inc. will be subject to inspection and/or testing by RightDrive Inc. or authorized third party. Should the reason of failure be part of the warranty exclusion below, the customer will be fully responsible for the cost of the testing, inspection, replacement parts, shipping expenses, core charge, labour and/or any other related expenses.Warranty ExclusionsFailure due to: accident or collision; misuse, abuse or modification; chemical fallout; salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; marine use; improper installation; installation of an incorrect part; damages caused by other faulty parts; normal wear and tear; parts installed on vehicles used off-road or for racing purposes. Any parts installed by a non-licensed mechanic are excluded from warranty coverage.Any parts installed on a vehicle that has been modified from the original, factory state in any way are excluded from warranty coverage.Any, and all aftermarket performance parts are excluded from warranty coverage.THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR COSTS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF WORK HOURS, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART.This warranty policy applies to all parts sold, whether through website sales, email sales, Facebook sales, phone sales or in-store sales.RightDrive Inc. Terms & Conditions RightDrive Inc. requires any product purchased from our store be installed by a licensed mechanic familiar with both the product and vehicle.Any orders shipped by RightDrive Inc. are shipped in working condition, and without damage. Please check your shipment as soon as it is received, and report any damage that has occurred in shipping immediately. Damage notification must be received within 24 hours of item receipt. Failure to report the damaged item within this time frame will eliminate any refund or exchange options. RightDrive Inc is not responsible for any shipping damage. Should you require insurance on the item shipped, please notify RightDrive Inc prior to shipment and we will obtain this for you, at your expense. RightDrive Inc. is not responsible for incorrect orders made, or non-fitment of parts due to customized installations and holds no liability for any associative costs. Any errors or discrepancies with orders fulfilled by RightDrive Inc. must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the order. After 5 business days of receipt of the order, RightDrive Inc. cannot correct, exchange, refund or cancel the order. This applies to both incorrect parts or incorrect quantity of parts.All performance parts are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customers own risk. RightDrive Inc. holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance products. Performance parts sold for off-road use only are illegal in many states and provinces, and are intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road. By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that RightDrive Inc. holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.RightDrive Inc. does not accept refunds or exchanges. In the event of a permissible exchange or refund, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. In the event a refund is deemed permissible, payment reversal will occur within 30 days of authorization.All parts are final sale, whether the part is in stock or special order. Special order parts refer to any parts that are not in stock at the time the purchaser places an order. After the order has been paid for by the purchaser, no changes, cancellations, exchanges or refunds are possible. RightDrive Inc. is not responsible for any postage costs for items being returned for exchange, refund or warranty replacement, nor the shipping cost back to the purchaser. The purchaser is solely responsible for any shipping costs in regards to product exchanges, returns, or warranty replacement.All parts orders generally take between 1-3 business days to process if they are in stock at our location. Parts that have to be ordered in from the manufacturer's warehouse could take 5 business days or longer to process. Special order parts could take 20 business days or longer to process, depending on the manufacturer's location and stock.
